Use Date Fields and Sequential Numbering

Learn how to use built-in utilities like date fields, automatic numbering and formatting tools in your label designs.

What you will learn

Select the Date tool from the Utilities section and place it on the label canvas.

Select the required format such as dd/mm/yyyy, mm/dd/yyyy or custom date display options.

Enable “Use Today’s Date” if you want labels to automatically display the current printing date.

Select the Sequential Numbers tool and place it on the label canvas.

Use the Properties options to configure the start number, increment values, leading zeros, prefixes and suffixes.

Check the final label output and save your template for future printing.
