Users can allocate the size of each batch and pause between batches for better control-e.g., print 20 labels at a time, pause, and then move to the next batch. This feature helps prevent errors, manage workflow efficiently, and coordinate production or shipping.
The platform supports local and network printers, including thermal, laser, and inkjet models. Printing requires Pli_Connect, which securely connects your browser to your printer(s).
Yes. Depending on your plan, you can add or remove printers within your allowed limit:
- Business One: Unlimited users, 1 printer
- Business Two: Unlimited users, 2 printers
- Business Three: Unlimited users, 3 printers
- Business Four: Unlimited users, 4 printers
- Business Five: Unlimited users, 5 printers

Print quality depends on the printer you are using, not the software. The platform allows you to adjust label dimensions and sizes to match your printer and label type, but the final print quality is determined by your printer's capabilities.
Variable data printing means printing labels that contain dynamic information that can change with each label. This information is pulled directly from a data source such as a spreadsheet, database, or API. For example, you can automate the printing of customer names, order numbers, SKUs, expiry dates, batch numbers, and more-ensuring that each label is unique.
You can link your data sources-such as Excel spreadsheets, CSV files, Google Sheets, or databases—directly to the platform. The system will automatically populate your label designs with the relevant data for each print run, reducing manual entry and errors.
Yes! Once you’ve created your label template, you can update your data source (e.g., by adding new data or changing existing values) and print new labels without needing to adjust the design itself. This makes printing efficient and scalable for large batches.
Yes. You can assign users, set permissions, and manage access to templates, printing, and editing functions, ensuring smooth collaboration.
