Step-by-step guide

Open your label template

Open the PLI Connect Designer and select the label template you want to print.

Check your printer connection

Make sure the PLI Connect Desktop App is running and your printer is connected before starting the print process.

Print a single label

Use the print option to send the current label design to your selected printer for a single label print.

Print labels in batch

When using imported data, choose batch printing to print multiple labels from spreadsheet, copied or mapped data.

Review printed label history

View previous print activity to check when labels were printed and review printing records where available.

Troubleshoot printing issues

If printing does not start, check that the Desktop App is running, the printer is online, and the correct printer is selected.

If you are using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge and the printer is not detected, reset the site's permissions, reopen the PLI Connect website, then click Add Printer again and allow the Local Network Access permission if prompted.

Review the printed label to confirm the layout, data and alignment are correct.
